Your First Visit
From the very first interaction, our team wants to leave patients feeling confident and positive about what’s to come when they choose to entrust their smiles to us. You’ll receive a new patient package by mail/email, and once you arrive in person, one of our staff members will show you around before it’s time to sit down with Dr. Ivan Chan. During this conversation, he’ll want to learn all about the specific dental goals you have in mind, as well as any fears, concerns, or past experiences that you’d like for us to know about. Finally, it will be time to complete a diagnostic evaluation, which includes digital photography, X-rays, and one-on-one consultation.
